Attractive and intense cherry color with garnet notes.
Aroma
Complex and elegant nose, highlighting the aromas of concentrated ripe red and black fruit. We find wild berries such as cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Spicy and balsamic nuances topped with roasted and lactic hints typical of aging in our best barrels.
Taste
The palate is round, concentrated and balanced with a well-integrated medium-high acidity. Persistent and expressive with a fine tannin, our wine shows the notes and character of a Grenache typical of our terroir.
Pairing
Cured cheeses, grilled meats, hunting meat and traditional stews.
Palacio de Manzanos is a wine elaborated from Grenache grapes of our Singular Vineyard 1890 Manzanos. This two-hectare-vineyard boasts unique characteristics which result in this exceptional wine that has reached the double excellent quality assessment of appellation Rioja.
