The Decanter panel of experts formed by Beth Willard, Matthew Forster MW and Pierre Mansour has chosen our Singular Vineyard 1890 Manzanos 2022 among their favorites. The tasting of the Rioja Singular Vineyards (the most distinguished category of wine within the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin) took place in London, this past February 2, 2024 and ours was one of the most recommended. The experts’ description was: A lively Garnacha with herbaceous and red cherry aromas. Subtle oak management frames the delicate palate, offering notes of flora, currant, a touch of mint and energetic freshness. Pleasantly warm finish. They estimate that our wine will be at its best between 2024 and 2029.
