Our proposal this month is an organic red wine. A wine that we make in harmony with our vineyard and our environment.<\/p>\n
In 2017, we began this journey of natural philosophy and respect for our land. All this always trying to achieve a production that is as sustainable as possible. For this reason, this wine is subjected to strict control in all its production phases.<\/p>\n
Our De Manzanos Garnacha wine is a wine that we make with a green philosophy.<\/p>\n
The Garnacha grapes that are part of this wine are treated with the utmost respect and care. Subsequently, its elaboration in the cellar and passage through the barrel is carried out with the utmost rigor. All this supervised by our winemaker Borja Ripa. Its ecological certificate seal confirms this.<\/p>\n
De Manzanos Garnacha Ecol\u00f3gico is a wine made with our Garnacha variety with grapes selected from vineyards with calcareous clay soil and over 20 years old.<\/p>\n
With a red color with garnet iridescence, its aromas on the nose are marked by tones of red and black fruit with toasted and spicy details due to its 6-month aging in barrels. On the palate it is a fruity wine, harmonious with balanced acidity and pleasant to the palate.<\/p>\n
